Italian newspaper Tuttosport handed Alessandro Bastoni the lowest rating among Inter players after the 3-2 Derby d’Italia win over Juventus, awarding the defender a harsh 4.
The outlet argued, via FCInterNews, that Bastoni risked a second booking for simulation in the controversial incident that led to Pierre Kalulu’s red card.
While referee Federico La Penna spared him, coach Cristian Chivu substituted him at halftime due to the early yellow card he received.

The report acknowledged one unlucky moment before the controversy, when Bastoni struck both posts from close range without scoring.
However, the paper felt his overall performance and involvement in the derby drama justified the low mark.
Elsewhere, several Nerazzurri impressed. Piotr Zieliński, Federico Dimarco, and Francesco Pio Esposito earned 7/10 ratings, with Zielinski scoring the decisive goal and Esposito netting a superb header.
Goalkeeper Yann Sommer received a 6, while solid displays from Manuel Akanji, Yann Bisseck, and Marcus Thuram also earned positive marks.
Among the less convincing performers, Luis Henrique and Lautaro Martínez fell short of expectations, though Inter’s victory ultimately softened the impact of those individual shortcomings.
