Saracens flanker Andy Onyeama-Christie and winger Rotimi Segun have agreed new contracts to stay with the Prem club.

Both players have surpassed 100 appearances for the London club during their careers so far.

Scotland international Onyeama-Christie came through Saracens' academy, making his league debut in 2019.

The 26-year-old has been blighted by multiple serious injuries in recent years, breaking his arm twice as well as suffering a fractured and dislocated ankle.

Yet he returned to win his 11th cap for Scotland in November and has so far featured in 14 games for his club this campaign.

"I have shared incredible highs and faced tough lows here, and there is nowhere I'd rather be as I move into the next chapter of my career," Onyeama-Christie told the club website.

Director of rugby Mark McCall described the back rower as a "very important leader within the group".

Segun, 29, initially came through the academy at Northampton Saints before moving down the M1 in 2017.

This season he has scored five tries in all competitions, including most recently against Newcastle in Sarries' 73-14 Prem victory last month.

"Saracens is my home and I couldn't be more excited to be staying," he told the club website.

"The club has stuck by me through all of the highs and lows in my career so far for which I'll be forever grateful."

McCall added: "Roti is playing some of the best rugby of his career at the moment and is consistently performing at the very top level."

Saracens lie sixth in the Prem, four points outside the top four with eight rounds remaining. They welcome Leicester to north London in the Prem Cup on Saturday.

Saracens have not disclosed the lengths of either player's new deals.
