Jesse Minter Praises Anthony Levine Sr. After Coordinator Promotion
The Baltimore Ravens are officially turning to a familiar face to lead one of the most consistent phases of their team. Former Ravens captain and longtime special teams standout Anthony Levine Sr. has been named the team's special teams coordinator, continuing Baltimore's tradition of elevating respected in-house voices.
Ravens head coach Jesse Minter explained why the team named Anthony Levine Sr. its new special teams coordinator, praising the former captain's leadership and long-standing impact on the organization:
“Anthony has been instrumental in creating the high standard that is expected of Baltimore’s special teams unit. The toughness, discipline, focus and energy he brought as a player will define his impact as a coach. He embodies what it means to be a Raven, and I’m excited to see him embrace this role with the same relentless hard work and dedication he’s shown our organization for many years.”

Levine's promotion signals both continuity and trust within the organization, especially for a unit that has long been a defining strength of the Ravens. With Levine now in charge and veteran coach Ken Kotwica added to the staff for support, Baltimore will look to maintain its special teams standards heading into the 2026 season.
