2025 NBA MVP Odds: Nikola Jokić Back in Contention

The Nuggets' superstar suffered a hyperextended left knee in December, missing 16 games due to the injury. In order for a player to win MVP, he needs to play at least 65 of 82 games. As of now, in order to be MVP-eligible, Jokić can only afford to miss one more regular-season game. Prior to the injury, Jokić was the favorite to win the award. After the injury, he was removed from the oddsboard. Now that he has returned to play, he has returned to second on the board.
