The Toronto Blue Jays have padded their pitching depth.
Jesse Hahn agreed to a minor-league contract with an invite to spring training, the team announced on Saturday.
Hahn, 36, spent last season with the Seattle Mariners, appearing in three games. He allowed three earned runs, five walks and notched three strikeouts over five innings.
Over 35 appearances at triple-A, Hahn posted a 5.85 ERA.
The Norwich, Conn., native has spent parts of eight seasons in MLB dating back to his debut with the San Diego Padres in 2014. He has also pitched for the Oakland Athletics and Kansas City Royals with a career 4.24 ERA over 85 games.
