49ers to sign Ogbo Okoronkwo on Wednesday

The San Francisco 49ers are adding veteran edge rusher Ogbo Okoronkwo on Wednesday, per ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.

Okoronkwo, 31, spent last season with the Philadelphia Eagles but appeared in just one game due to a torn triceps. He joins the 49ers after previously playing under defensive coordinator Raheem Morris with the Los Angeles Rams.

The former fifth-round pick brings 81 career games, 17 sacks, and 31 tackles for loss to San Francisco. extract-html.com
