Bouanga Hat Trick Powers LAFC Past Orlando

Denis Bouanga scored his fifth career MLS hat trick while Son Heung-min delivered four assists, helping Los Angeles FC defeat Orlando City 6-0 on Saturday night.

LAFC extended their unbeaten streak to seven games with the dominant performance. Bouanga found the net in the 20th, 23rd, and 28th minutes, each assisted by Son. The South Korean international also set up Sergi Palencia's first goal of the season and crossed to Orlando defender David Brekalo, who redirected the ball into his own net for an early lead.

Son's four assists matched his career high, and Tyler Boyd capped the scoring with his first MLS goal since July 2024. Orlando City suffered their largest regular-season defeat in franchise history, with goalkeeper Maxime Crépeau making just two saves while LAFC's Hugo Lloris recorded six stops.
