Coker, Freeling Return to Panthers Practice

Wide receiver Jalen Coker and right tackle Monroe Freeling returned to practice for the Carolina Panthers on Thursday, both listed as limited participants.

Jalen Coker, who suffered a quad injury in Week 3, was called questionable to play earlier this week. The Panthers will issue official injury designations on Friday, which will also provide an update on Freeling's progress through the concussion protocol. Freeling will need to be cleared to face the Lions on Sunday night.

Tight end Darren Waller and running back Chuba Hubbard also returned to action after resting on Wednesday. Wide receiver Xavier Legette (knee) and guard Damien Lewis (elbow) remained out of practice, while defensive tackle Lee Hunter (foot) was added to the report as a limited participant. goldparty.lat
