Commanders Overhaul After 5-12 Season

After a 5-12 season, Commanders GM Adam Peters has quickly overhauled the coaching staff and added multiple free agents.

Following a disappointing 5-12 season, Washington Commanders general manager Adam Peters has been busy with offseason changes. The team fired both coordinators (Joe Whitt Jr. and Kliff Kingsbury), promoted David Blough to offensive coordinator, and hired Daronte Jones as defensive coordinator.

Washington also released several players, re-signed key contributors like Tress Way and Jeremy Reaves, and added multiple free agents including Odafe Oweh, Rachaad White, and Dyami Brown. The team has also signed numerous reserve/future contracts as they continue roster construction.
