Formula One chief Stefano Domenicali confirmed on Saturday that the final races of the season in Qatar and Abu Dhabi will go ahead despite the conflict in the Middle East. 'Based on the information we have, everything is confirmed for [us to stay in] Qatar and Abu Dhabi,' Domenicali told French broadcaster Canal+ during the Bahrain Grand Prix, which was relocated to the Sepang circuit in Malaysia.
The confirmation comes after Bahrain and Saudi Arabia races were scrapped from the calendar due to the regional tensions. The F1 season will now conclude with the races in Qatar and Abu Dhabi as originally planned. fishroad-app.com
