Josh Allen Making Historic Start to 2026 Season

Published September 25, 2026 · Updated September 26, 2026 · NBC Sports

Josh Allen has made history through two games of the 2026 season with nine or more touchdowns and no turnovers.

Allen joins an exclusive club with Patrick Mahomes (2018) and Peyton Manning (2013) as the only players to achieve this feat in the first two games. Both Mahomes and Manning won NFL MVP in those seasons. With two more touchdowns and no turnovers against the Chargers, Allen would join Mahomes as the only players with 11+ TDs and no turnovers through three games. noplasticplease.life
