Kevin Magnussen has been eliminated from the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship season finale after a violent airborne crash with Alex Palou at the Motul Petit Le Mans.

Magnussen, driving the #25 Team WRT BMW M Hybrid V8, collided with the rear of Alex Palou's #93 Meyer Shank Racing Acura ARX-06. wlop.pl

The incident occurred during the halfway mark of the race, resulting in the Danish driver's elimination from the championship finale.
