Kings End 16-Game Skid With Win Over Grizzlies

Russell Westbrook scored 25 points and Precious Achiuwa added 22 points and 12 rebounds as the Sacramento Kings snapped a franchise-record 16-game losing streak with a 123-114 victory over Memphis.

The Kings, who have the NBA's worst record, hadn't won since January 16. DeMar DeRozan and Daeqwon Plowden each finished with 20 points, with Plowden scoring 10 in the fourth quarter to help secure the victory.

Javon Smalls led Memphis with 21 points as the Grizzlies fought back to take the lead early in the third before Sacramento answered with an 18-6 rally. Both teams have been hampered by injuries, with Memphis having eight players on the injured list for Monday's matchup.
