Lepaul Aims to Finish Ligue 1 Top Scorer

Rennes forward Esteban Lepaul has set his sights on the Ligue 1 top‑scorer trophy, currently third with 14 goals as the season nears its end.

Lepaul, 25, has 14 Ligue 1 goals, placing him third behind Mason Greenwood (15) and Joaquín Panichelli (16). With seven matches remaining, he is chasing the prestigious Top Scoreur trophy.

The Rennes striker said he wants to finish as top scorer and that scoring in Ligue 1 is hard. He is not focused on a France call‑up and is aiming to meet his season objectives, after scoring in a 4‑0 win over Nice. Rennes sit seventh and are in the mix for European qualification.
