Max Verstappen Considers Quitting F1 Over New Rules

Four-time world champion Max Verstappen has admitted he is considering quitting Formula 1 due to his dissatisfaction with the new hybrid engine regulations, which he describes as 'anti-driving.'

Verstappen emphasized that his frustration stems from the new racing style and energy management requirements rather than his Red Bull team's current competitive struggles. Team principal Laurent Mekies remains optimistic, suggesting a fast car will restore Verstappen's happiness.

The comments come as other drivers also voice concerns about the new power unit regulations and safety issues highlighted during the Japanese Grand Prix.
