Michigan Beats UConn 69-63 to Win NCAA Title

Michigan outlasted UConn 69-63 Monday to claim the NCAA men's basketball title, snapping a 34-year championship drought.

Elliot Cadeau scored 19 points, including the team's first three-pointer, to lead Michigan to victory. He was named Most Outstanding Player of the Final Four.

Despite making just two three-pointers all night, the Wolverines muscled past a stingy UConn defense to secure the win.
