No Charges Filed Against Jackson After Domestic Battery Arrest

No criminal charges have been filed against Los Angeles Rams offensive lineman Alaric Jackson more than a month after his arrest on domestic battery allegations.

The Los Angeles City Attorney's Office confirmed to NBC Los Angeles that it does not currently have a criminal case against Jackson. The arrest occurred on June 8 following an argument where Jackson allegedly tried to take a phone from a woman who had scratch marks on her arms. lebandit.lat

While the case is not closed and could be re-evaluated, Jackson may avoid charges by attending a pre-trial diversion class, paying restitution, or performing community service. The NFL could still discipline Jackson under its personal-conduct policy, as he was suspended for two games in 2024 for similar conduct.
