Reds' Lodolo to Make Rehab Start

Reds pitcher Nick Lodolo will make a rehab start for Single-A Daytona on Thursday, throwing 60-65 pitches as he recovers from a blister on his left index finger.

Left-hander Nick Lodolo, currently on the injured list, is scheduled to make his rehab start in a Florida State League game against Jupiter. The Reds pitcher is expected to throw 60-65 pitches during the outing. If successful, Lodolo could rejoin the Reds' rotation for next week's series at Miami.

Lodolo, who posted a 9-8 record with a 3.33 ERA and 156 strikeouts last season, has been sidelined by the blister on his left index finger. His return would be a significant boost to the Reds' pitching staff as they navigate the early part of the 2026 season.
