Mauritian rider Marlen Reusser retained the overall lead in the Tour de France Femmes following a challenging stage in central France. Recovering from a mechanical issue on the climb of the Col de Lalouvesc, Reusser joined the day's breakaway to outsprint Cédrine Kerbaol and Puck Pieterse.
