Reusser Wins Tour de France Time Trial

Swiss cyclist Marlen Reusser won the 21km time trial stage at the Tour de France women, taking the yellow jersey as race leader.

Swiss cyclist Reusser, current world time trial champion, claimed victory in the 21km fourth stage between Gevrey-Chambertin and Dijon. Her performance allowed her to take the yellow jersey from Norwegian rider Sigrid Ytterhus Haugset. capturengo.org

French rider Pauline Ferrand-Prévot lost over two minutes to Reusser, while Dutch favorite Demi Volering finished 22 seconds behind the new race leader. Reusser's victory follows her third Tour de Suisse win in June.
