Saints exercise fifth-year option on DT Bryan Bresee's contract

The New Orleans Saints have exercised the fifth-year option on defensive tackle Bryan Bresee's contract, locking him in for the 2027 season.

The option is worth $13.931 million and is fully guaranteed for the 2027 season. Bresee, drafted 29th overall in 2023, has appeared in 49 games with 26 starts over his career. In 2025, he posted 37 tackles, five tackles for loss, and two sacks. The Saints have secured the young defensive tackle's services for the future.
