Top 10 Foolish NFL Draft Picks of the Last Decade

The NFL has seen some of its most questionable draft decisions in the last decade, including the Buccaneers' 2016 selection of kicker Roberto Aguayo and the Commanders' 2023 pick of CB Emmanuel Forbes Jr.

In 2016, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers traded up to select kicker Roberto Aguayo at No. 59. Aguayo made only 22 of 31 field goals as a rookie and was waived the following August, a move the GM later called a "bold move that didn't work out."

In 2023, the Washington Commanders chose cornerback Emmanuel Forbes Jr. over Christian Gonzalez. Forbes, a 6‑1, 166‑lb. player, was benched midway through his rookie season after failing to meet expectations.
