Toyota Racing Development (TRD) announced Monday that 13‑year‑old Keelan Harvick, son of former Cup champion Kevin Harvick, has signed a long‑term driver contract. The move follows Harvick’s switch from European karting after a high‑profile karting event in Italy where he met Formula 1 star Charles Leclerc.
Under the program, Harvick will race the No. 62 Toyota Camry in late‑model events nationwide, partnered with RACKLEY W.A.R. and Kevin Harvick, Inc., with ExxonMobil as a primary sponsor. TRD will provide training, physical fitness support and access to the Toyota Performance Center to prepare him for the Cup Series.
