Ulster's Doak Fit for La Rochelle Clash

Nathan Doak has been passed fit to start against La Rochelle in Friday's Challenge Cup quarter-final despite an ankle injury sustained in the last-16 win over Ospreys.

Ulster has confirmed that Nathan Doak has recovered from his ankle injury to start against La Rochelle, while hooker Rob Herring is unavailable due to a calf injury. Tom Stewart will replace Herring in the front row alongside Angus Bell and Tom O'Toole. La Rochelle will be missing several key players including captain Gregory Alldritt, Nolann Le Garrec, and Will Skelton.

Ronan O'Gara has made three changes to his La Rochelle side for the quarter-final. Kirill Fraindt comes in at flanker, Lucas Andjissermatchi shifts to number eight, and Aleksandre Kuntelia replaces Simon Huchet in the second row.
