Venus Williams will return to Indian Wells for the 2026 season, competing in singles and doubles alongside Leylah Fernandez.
The wildcard marks the start of the Sunshine Double, following a successful summer on the US Open hardcourts. Williams last played the event in 2023 after a long absence caused by a 2001 boycott.
