Allardyce: Salah Stop Blaming Slot

Sam Allardyce has criticized Mohamed Salah for his reaction to being substituted, telling the Liverpool star to stop blaming manager Arne Slot for his poor performances.

Allardyce, speaking on the No Tippy Tappy Football podcast, described Salah as 'behaving like a big baby' after being withdrawn in the 77th minute during Liverpool's win at Nottingham Forest. The former England manager stated that Salah needs to 'bite the bullet, sit down, and make sure he starts scoring' instead of blaming Slot.

The Egyptian forward is currently experiencing a nine-match goal drought in the Premier League. When substituted, Salah had no shots, won no duels, and completed just 72% of his passes. Slot's decision to bring on Rio Ngumoha proved effective as Liverpool went on to win the match.
