Bears Grant Tremaine Edmunds Permission to Seek Trade

The Chicago Bears have granted Tremaine Edmunds permission to seek a trade, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Edmunds, a two-time Pro Bowler, is entering the final year of his contract with Chicago.

Selected 16th overall in the 2018 NFL Draft by the Buffalo Bills, Edmunds spent the last three seasons with the Bears. He is now expected to be a key target for teams looking to upgrade their linebacker corps.
