Bears stadium bills move forward in Illinois and Indiana Thursday

Illinois lawmakers will hold a committee hearing on a revised stadium bill aimed at bringing the Bears to Arlington Heights, while Indiana's Senate is expected to pass a bill for a site in Hammond.

The Illinois bill includes tax breaks for infrastructure, a proposal Gov. JB Pritzker has signaled he will oppose if it "fleeces" taxpayers. Chicago remains a contender for the franchise.
