Illini Ends Slide with Oregon Win on Senior Night

Illinois snapped its recent losing streak with an 80-54 victory over Oregon on Senior Night, moving closer to a top-four Big Ten finish.

Illini (80-54) overcame an early 9-3 deficit to dominate Oregon with a 21-0 run and a 38-12 spurt in the final 15 minutes of the first half. Junior Andrej Stojakovic led the way with 21 points and a career-high 12 rebounds, while freshmen Keaton Wagler and David Mirkovic added 11 and 19 points respectively.

The win honors seniors Kylan Boswell, Ben Humrichous, and AJ Redd in their final home game. With this victory, the Illini are positioning themselves for a triple-bye in next week's Big Ten Tournament.
