Man Utd Beat Palace to Climb to 3rd

Manchester United overcame an early goal to defeat Crystal Palace 2-1, moving to third place in the Premier League after a dramatic VAR intervention.

Crystal Palace took an early lead when Maxence Lacroix headed in from a corner in the fourth minute. The match turned after halftime when Lacroix fouled Matheus Cunha in the penalty area.

After a VAR review, the referee awarded a penalty and sent Lacroix off with a red card. Bruno Fernandes converted the spot-kick and later assisted Benjamin Sesko for the decisive goal. With a man advantage, United held on to secure a 2-1 victory that lifts them to third place in the table.
