NFLPA 2026 Report Cards Leak Despite NFL Ban

The NFL's attempt to keep the NFLPA's 2026 report cards confidential failed when ESPN's Kalyn Kahler released the full list of letter grades for all 32 teams.

The NFL's recent grievance win to block the NFLPA from publishing the 2026 report cards was sidestepped when Kalyn Kahler of ESPN.com posted the full array of letter grades for every team. The leak shows the grades but omits the comments that accompanied earlier releases.

The report cards, based on 1,759 player responses collected between Nov. 2 and Dec. 11, cover 18 categories including treatment of families, locker room, training staff, and new additions such as home game field and position coaches. The arbitrator allowed the NFLPA to create and share the cards with players but required them to keep the results from the public.
