NFLPA 2026 Report Cards Leaked Despite NFL's Legal Efforts

The NFL Players Association's 2026 team report cards have been leaked to the public despite the league's successful grievance to prevent their publication.

ESPN's Kalyn Kahler has posted the full array of letter grades for all 32 teams after the NFL failed to keep them private. Earlier this month, the NFL won a grievance that prevented the NFLPA from publishing the results, though the arbitrator allowed the union to create and communicate the report cards to players.

The leaked grades are based on responses from 1,759 players surveyed between November 2 and December 11, 2025. Unlike previous versions, the current leak only contains letter grades without accompanying comments. Categories evaluated include treatment of families, facilities, staff, and coaching staff across all teams.
